  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including pin code.
  • ShopByChoice is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Once an order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days, subject to product availability.
  • Items within the same order may be shipped separately depending on availability.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and tracking link.

6. Change of Delivery Address

  • Address change requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Requests can be sent via email to our support team.
  • Once the order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified.

7. Failed or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment may be returned to us.
  • Reshipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Packaging & Special Requests

  • All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
