Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Items marked as final sale

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

• To cancel, contact us immediately at our support email or phone number.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled - you may initiate a return after delivery.
• For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
